Anne has worked in a variety of populations in clinical settings, including performing interventions and psychotherapy with developmentally delayed children a therapeutic preschool as well as a middle school, and working in a clinic serving emotionally, physically, and sexually abused children, providing individual and group psychotherapy as well as performing psychological evaluations. She has also provided individual, group, and marital therapy to depressed and anxious teenagers and adults. She has worked extensively with eating disordered patients, providing individual and group psychotherapy in two different outpatient clinics.

Anne became interested in TimeLine after seeing CONCERNING STRANGE DEVICES FROM THE DISTANT WEST. She was incredibly impressed with the acting, the intimacy of the theater and how the space was used to draw the audience into the artistic experience.  She is inspired by the incredibly talented company, the philosophy of choosing shows inspired by history and the amazing artistic and cultural experience that TimeLine offers our community. As a TimeLine board member, she has served on the board’s Step Into Time Committee, Donations and Fundraising Committee, and Campaign Committee.

I think that an exposure to high quality arts and cultural experiences is incredibly important for people of all ages, and I love that TimeLine reaches humans of every age through performances as well as their Living History program.

She served for six years on the board of Roscoe Village Neighbors (RVN), where she has co-chaired several community and fundraising events. She is still currently active on their education committee, which awards monetary grants to neighborhood public schools, as well as chairing the sponsorship committee for the Roscoe Village 5K. She also served on the board of Friends of Audubon for seven years, acting as Vice President for two years, Director of Corporate Matching, Chair of the Fundraising & Events Committee and a member of the Grant Writing Committee for Audubon School in Roscoe Village. She currently still serves on committees within the organization and Audubon school. She has recently joined the fundraising committee for Friends of Lane Tech College Prep.

A native of Seattle, WA, Anne earned a BA degree in Psychology from University of Southern California, a Ph.D. degree in Developmental Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, and a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Wright Institute.
