LEE BEY is a consultant and lecturer on urban design, community development and architectural preservation issues who served five years as architecture critic for the Chicago Sun-Times and a three-year stint as deputy chief of staff for architecture and urban planning under Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley.
DR. AMARA ENYIA is a Public Policy expert on city and state policy, writing extensively on issues of education, economic development, fiscal policy and systems thinking. She is also the Executive Director of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and serves as Policy Director for the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association.
JENNIFER SCOTT is director of the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum, where she leads the vision, curation and community engagement efforts of the nationally significant historic site dedicated to contemporary social justice issues. She recently launched two National Endowment for the Humanities-funded initiatives in Chicago: Making the West Side: Community Conversations on Neighborhood Change, and Securing the Common Good.
