Betsy Adams

Betsy is an Obie Award-nominated New York-based lighting designer whose work has been seen from Alaska to Caracas to London. Notable productions include the premieres of THE LARAMIE PROJECT; THE PEOPLE’S TEMPLE, written and directed by Leigh Fondakowski; and WHEN I COME TO DIE (LCT3). She has designed seven seasons of the Shakespeare Rep at The Juilliard School. Her work has been seen at Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Arena Stage, Baltimore Center Stage, Cincinnati Playhouse, Denver Center, Gielgud Theatre (London), Guthrie Theater, La Jolla Playhouse, Mark Taper Forum, Paper Mill Playhouse, Perseverance Theatre, San Diego Opera, Seattle Opera and the Westport Country Playhouse.
