Bryar Barborka

BRYAR BARBORKA (Production Dramaturg) is a proud nonbinary Tejanx theater artist who returns to TimeLine after previously working on THE LIFESPAN OF A FACT. They are the Literary and Casting Associate at Steppenwolf, Literary Associate at Seven Devils New Play Foundry, and Literary Manager of Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival. Bryar also has worked with Second Stage, The Playwrights’ Center, Goodman, Victory Gardens, Teatro Vista, Definition, Interrobang Theatre Project, and the Ojai Playwrights Conference, among others. They hold a BFA degree from The Theatre School at DePaul University.
