Constance L. Williams

Constance is a recently retired business executive. She served as Co-President of Continental Painting and Decorating, Inc., a major Chicago-based construction services contractor, where her responsibilities included human resources, marketing, and administration.

Prior to Continental Painting, her experience includes Project Management at Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development, where she was responsible for project administration, program evaluation, and data analysis. She also held responsible positions in financial analysis with Seattle First National Bank and marketing communications at Intel Corporation.

Civic responsibilities have included positions on the Board of Directors of McGaw YMCA, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and the Near South Planning Board.

Constance holds Ph.D. and BS degrees from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
