Constance L. Williams

Constance is currently the Co-President of Continental Painting and Decorating, Inc., a major Chicago-based painting contractor whose primary markets are general contractors, universities, hospitals, and multi-unit residential developments. The company’s major direct clients have included BMO Harris, Chicago White Sox, Commonwealth Edison, United Airlines and the University of Chicago. Major general contractor clients include Berglund, Clayco, Gilbane, Mortenson, Pepper, Power and Walsh Construction Companies.

Constance’s responsibilities at Continental Painting have included human resources, marketing and administration.

Prior to Continental Painting, her experience includes Project Management at Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development, where she was responsible for project administration, program evaluation, and data analysis. She also held responsible positions in financial analysis with Seattle First National Bank and marketing communications at Intel Corporation.

Civic responsibilities have included positions on the Board of Directors of McGaw YMCA, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and the Near South Planning Board.

Constance holds Ph.D. and BS degrees from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
