Dan Lin

Dan (Young Zhang Lin, Benny, Security Guard, Ensemble) is making his TimeLine debut in CHIMERICA. A native of North Potomac, Maryland, he is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy and The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt. Chicago theater credits include JULIUS CAESAR (Chicago Shakespeare), THE THREE MUSKETEERS (Lifeline), MISS SAIGON (Paramount), and THE WORLD OF EXTREME HAPPINESS (Goodman). He has also worked on two productions of Mary Zimmerman’s THE WHITE SNAKE, at the Goodman and at San Diego’s Old Globe. Dan has guest starred on CHICAGO P.D., and executive produced and acted in an independent feature, FLORA (winner of the 2015 Van Gogh Award at the Amsterdam Film Fest). He is represented by the hardworking team at Gray Talent Group. “All my love to my family, with whom I explore everyday what it means to be Chinese-American.”
