GRETA OGLESBY made her TimeLine Theatre debut in A Raisin in the Sun after performing as a standby in the same role for Phylicia Rashad in the 2004 Broadway revival at the Royale Theater. Honors include the Black Theatre Alliance Award (BTAA) for her portrayal of Miss Shepard in Train is Comin’, a Jeff Award and BTAA for her role in Do Lord Remember Me (Chicago Theatre Company), and a Jeff Award nomination for her portrayal of Ophelia in Dream of Ophelia (ETA Creative Arts). She also has appeared in shows at Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, Court Theatre, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, among others.
