Katie Bevil

Katie Bevil joined TimeLine in the summer of 2022 as a Box Office Associate, and has since taken on the roles of Front of House Manager and COVID Compliance Officer. They graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA and MA in Theatre and Performance, as well as a BA in French.

TimeLine has one of the more unique and specific theatrical missions I’ve come across, and I think the strength of it shines through in our art! Centering our work in lessons from history gives us a clear and informed path forward, because it helps us decide kind of world we want to create for the future. The values that we have as a company and as a team are rooted in this interrogation of history, and the result is something I’m proud to be a part of!

Other than house management, their interests are acting, rock climbing, D&D, tall ship sailing, and disability theory. Katie is a proud resident of Uptown, where they live with their cryptozoological cats, Jelly and Toast.
