Kiayla Ryann

Kiayla Ryann is making her TimeLine debut with TOO HEAVY FOR YOUR POCKET. She was last seen at Red Tape Theatre, where she is a proud ensemble member, in their productions of IN THE BLOOD and THE SHIPMENT. Other Chicago theater credits include HOOKMAN (Steep), THE HARVEST (Griffin), MOTHER OF THE DARK WATER (MMPACT – Jeff Award nomination, Ensemble; Black Excellence Award nomination, Best Actress), THE NEXT BIG THING (Factory Theater), and THE CRUCIBLE (understudy, Steppenwolf).  Kiayla is also a poet and spoken word artist. She received her BA degree from Bradley University and is a School at Steppenwolf 2016 alumnus. She is grateful to her amazingly supportive family, friends, and team at Stewart Talent.
