Matthew R. Reilein

Matt is the President and CEO of The National Equity Fund, Inc., a leading nationwide investor in affordable housing. He has spent his career making investments and loans for affordable housing, community development, and job creation in low-income communities and serving low-income families. Matt also serves on the Boards of the Chicago Community Loan Fund and the Metropolitan Planning Council. He received an MBA degree from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BS degree from Georgetown University. Matt lives in the Lakeview neighborhood with his wife and two children.
