Saskia Bakker

SASKIA BAKKER (Properties Designer) is a Chicago-based prop and puppet designer who is thrilled to be working with TimeLine for the first time. Prop Design credits include SKUNK AND BADGER (also Puppet Designer) and CAT’S CRADLE (Lifeline), BROTHER SISTER CYBORG SPACE (Raven), THE DREAM KING (Teatro Vista), and DON’T LET THE PIGEON RIDE THE BUS (Young People’s Theatre). Additional credits include assistant director for DOGS OR CATS: AUGMENTED BODY (Steppenwolf LOOKOUT series), fabrication assistant for HOUSE OF THE EXQUISITE CORPSE (Rough House Theater 2022), and design intern for SIX FEET APART ALL TOGETHER (Double Edge Theatre, Ashfield, Mass.). She graduated with a BFA degree in Theatre Arts from The Theatre School at DePaul University in 2022.
