Susan is a former Executive Vice President of Metropolitan Capital Bank & Trust, where she helped lead the company’s strategic planning, marketing, human capital management, and wealth consulting activities. Prior to joining Metropolitan Capital, Susan was a Senior Executive with BMO Harris, where her financial services career spanned over 24 years. In her previous role at BMO Harris, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Harris myCFO. She has extensive experience in client relationship management, strategy development, human resources management, project finance, commercial real estate and corporate lending, special accounts management, and Investor Relations, as Head of BMO Financial Group’s Investor Relations for over 6 years.

She recalls the first show she saw at TimeLine, BLOOD AND GIFTS, as a very powerful and compelling story that fully engaged her as a theatre-goer. Her intellectual curiosity to understand different points of views draws her to TimeLine’s mission. She is inspired by the quality of TimeLine’s productions and the company’s choices to tell stories in the most engaging way.

Susan is also a Board Member of the Face the Future Foundation, which supports the Cranofacial Center at the University of Illinois.  She is also a member of the University Club of Chicago, having served on the Finance Committee, and a member of the President’s Circle of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Susan received a B.Sc. (Honors) degree from The University of Western Ontario (Canada), her MBA degree from McMaster University (Canada) and holds a CFP® designation.
