Danica’s first show at TimeLine was HANNAH AND MARTIN. She loved it and was very proud to be cast with a company founded by The Theatre School alumni. “It could not have been more perfect! Great story, great character, phenomenal directing.” From that production on, she felt like part of the TimeLine family.

When you share something historical with an audience there’s immediate engagement, investment, be it positive or negative, you can’t ignore what has already happened. It’s fact, it’s truth and it requires you to think.

Danica was thrilled to become an Artistic Associate at TimeLine, where she appeared in MY NAME IS ASHER LEV, MY KIND OF TOWN, NOT ENOUGH AIR, DOLLY WEST’S KITCHEN, PARAGON SPRINGS and HANNAH AND MARTIN, which earned her a Jeff Citation for her work as Elfride Heiddeger. She is inspired to be amongst such a hardworking and accomplished group of people at TimeLine.

“They have an amazing chemistry, trust in each other and no pretense. They work as hard now or more so than they did when they started and they never stop showing how appreciative they are for each person’s involvement in producing a show.”

She has also worked with Rivendell Theatre, Steppenwolf, Uma Productions (where she received a Jeff Citation as Grace in FAITH HEALER) American Theater Company, and The Goodman. Television credits include CHICAGO PD, CHICAGO FIRE, and MOB DOCTOR.

Danica was raised in Chicago, where received her BFA degree in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University.
