Debbie Siegel
Debbie Siegel, PhD is the President of Debbie Siegel Consulting, LLC, a talent management consulting firm that specializes in executive coaching and developing leadership potential and skills. Her 30 years of consulting experience, including 25 years at two strategic talent management firms, combined with her professional and personable approach, contribute to an impressive track record of helping executives and their teams to optimize their performance and impact. Debbie specializes in coaching high potential leaders who are transitioning to broader and more challenging roles. In addition, she is known as a trusted partner and advisor to C-Suite and senior executives concerning the selection, onboarding and development of talent.
Over her extensive consulting career, Debbie has worked with a variety of organizations and industries, particularly healthcare and financial services. In addition, she has advised several professional service firms and not-for-profit organizations and is a Partner with SVP (Social Venture Partners) of Chicago.
Debbie has been an Instructor of Consulting and Managerial Psychology at the following academic institutions: Northwestern University, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Prior to consulting, Debbie worked within the healthcare sector, counseling individuals and family members with chronic illnesses. She was a Psychology Fellow at the former Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab), a Researcher at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and a Clinical Social Worker at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Debbie has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
In addition to being passionate about her work with her clients, Debbie loves spending time with family and friends, theatre, travel and practicing yoga.
