STEPHEN CONE made his TimeLine debut in THE NORMAL HEART. He was also seen in THE HOMOSEXUALS (About Face), for which he was named one of “7 Hot Faces to Watch” by the Chicago Tribune. Primarily a filmmaker, Stephen has written, directed and produced the films IN MEMORIAM, the Outfest-winning New York Times Critics’ Pick THE WISE KIDS (available on VOD/DVD via Wolfe Video), BLACK BOX and THIS AFTERNOON, among others. As a playwright and theatre director, his work has been seen at About Face, Collaboraction, Bailiwick and the side project, where he directed the acclaimed Chicago premiere of Sarah Kane’s CRAVE. He can also be seen starring in filmmaker/critic Ignatiy Vishnevetsky’s debut film ELLIE LUMME.
