ELISE KAUZLARIC has coached dialects for TimeLine’s productions of My Name is Asher Lev, A Raisin in the Sun, and Frost / Nixon. She is a member of the artistic ensemble of Lifeline Theatre, where she has coached numerous productions, including The Killer Angels, Busman’s Honeymoon, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Mark of Zorro, The Island of Dr. Moreau and The Piano Tuner. Around town and regionally she has coached for Seanachai, Signal Ensemble, Pegasus Players, Backstage Theatre, The Hypocrites, Griffin Theatre and The Michigan Shakespeare Festival. She has been twice nominated by the Jeff Committee for her work on Busman’s Honeymoon (Lifeline) and Punk Rock (Griffin). Elise’s directing credits include Dancing at Lughnasa (Seanachai) and A Tale of Two Cities, Pride and Prejudice, The Woman in White, Wuthering Heights and Mariette in Ecstasy (Non-Equity Jeff Nomination – Director, Play) (Lifeline). As an actor, she has worked with the Goodman, Lifeline, Oak Park Festival Theatre, City Lit, Circle, Apple Tree, First Folio Shakespeare and Griffin (On the Shore of the Whole Wide World, Non-Equity Jeff Nomination – Supporting Actress).
