Nicole Thomas is Director of Internal Communications as Motorola Mobility. She has a diverse professional background in “all things communications,” with sought-after skills in corporate communications, executive messaging, employee engagement and advocacy, community relations, change management, internal events and more. Prior to joining Motorola in 2014, served as the Director of Internal Communications at Ernst & Young.

Her interest in getting involved with TimeLine was sparked after seeing THE HISTORY BOYS. “I brought a friend along with me who was visiting from Los Angeles and we were both blown away by the production. I was amazed that this intimate theater was surpassing anything I’d seen on stage in years. After that, I was hooked.”

Ms. Thomas is a member of TimeLine’s board of directors, where she has twice served as Step Into Time Gala Chair. She admires TimeLine’s values and how every decision is rooted by a mission to produce work that sparks conversation.

TimeLine’s unwavering focus on quality – in every aspect of what they do. Not just the work on stage, but what goes on behind the scenes as well. It’s a genuine Company — that I believe truly raises the bar for theater in Chicago.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
