April Cleveland

APRIL CLEVELAND is making her TimeLine debut with A SHAYNA MAIDEL. April is an MFA Directing candidate at The Theatre School at DePaul University. DePaul directing credits include COCKROACH, THE WITNESS, SEVEN HOMELESS MAMMOTHS WANDER NEW ENGLAND, and DYING CITY. April will direct the US premiere of ORESTEIA in a new version by Robert Icke at DePaul University in the Spring. Previously, April served as the Artistic Director of The Urbana Youth Summer Theatre in Urbana, Ill. Urbana credits include ANNIE, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, ANYTHING GOES and LUCKY STIFF. April holds a BA degree in Philosophy and the History of Mathematics and Science from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
